Shaping a Thought Leader: Building a Genuine Digital Presence for CEO Andrea Hailey

Project Overview: Andrea Hailey, raised by two civil rights attorneys and the CEO of Vote.org, is uniquely positioned to lead the largest non-profit voter registration organization in the U.S. Her work has empowered millions to vote and engage in democracy. However, as a leader of such an impactful organization, Andrea had maintained a relatively private life. She needed a public voice that not only reflected her vision but also extended beyond typical voting seasons. That’s where we came in—to help her share her unique experiences and passion for democracy in a meaningful way online.

Multi-Platform Content Strategy

Personal Interviews & Archival Research
For Andrea’s content to really resonate, it needed to tell her story—both personally and professionally. We sat down with her to dig into what matters most to her, gathering personal quotes, photos, and insights from her life. This ensured that every post felt aligned with Andrea’s voice and mission, keeping her platforms aligned and personal.

Speaking Engagements & Events
Andrea’s story is layered, and we wanted her to connect with influential people across America who understood her mission. We crafted a strategy that aligned her personal experiences with speaking engagements and events, allowing her to connect with a broad audience across many states and backgrounds.

Visual Branding

To ensure Andrea’s public presence felt authentic, we lead a team of photographers and content creators who really understood her as both a person and a leader. Our goal was to build a visual identity that captured not just the polished CEO, but also the relatable moments that make Andrea unique. This way, she could show up on camera comfortably and genuinely, reflecting her true self.

Multi-Platform Content Strategy
Each platform has its own vibe, and we wanted to make sure Andrea was connecting with her audience in meaningful ways. Whether she was sharing her insights on LinkedIn, offering behind-the-scenes glimpses of her day on Instagram, or engaging in real-time discussions with other thought leaders on Twitter, we aimed to reach different audiences and foster a sense of community. The goal was to inspire and empower followers, encouraging them to take action beyond just voting on Election Day.
